Share your Recycling and Waste Experiences with us!

Writing on notepad

So, here we are. The last month of the year and what a year it’s been! A lot has changed. And speaking as someone with a few years behind him, I can honestly say that it’s been one like no other in recent memory. I won’t list all that’s befallen us over the past 12 months except to say that while much is new, much is, well, still the same. This brings me to my point. I want to learn more from you about your recycling and waste experiences.

Over the past 15 months my blogs have been focused on my experiences and that which I could share with you, the reader, which would be relevant to you as you went about the business of managing your facility’s recycling and waste with the idea that by doing so, I might make your job a little easier. I hope I’ve been successful.

Now it’s your Turn to Share Your Facility’s Recycling and Waste Experience.

As we go into 2022, I’d like to ask you to share your recycling and waste experiences with us. The wins, the disappointments; what you’ve learned and what you’d like to know that we didn’t discuss in the past. In summary, I’d like to know your take-aways from 2021. We’ll keep it anonymous, and no one will call you, unless, of course, you want us to.

The plan for our upcoming blogs is to explore concerns based on your experiences and then look for opportunities to help solve those problems. Who knows? We may uncover an entirely new line of business, based on your feedback and input.

Blog Topics to Consider

Below I’ll list a few topics to help get the creative juices flowing.

  • Operational issues like training or labor constraints
  • Managing vendors
  • Outlets / customers for your byproduct / recyclable
  • Equipment considerations
  • Data management and reporting
  • Managing stakeholder expectations, e.g., management and staff
  • Third-party audits

Nothing here is too small or too long for consideration. We truly want to hear from you. Please send me an email, personally, to k.malloy@cumberlandrecycling.co or reply on our website. We look forward to hearing from you.

Happy Holidays to all and may you have a joyous, prosperous and healthy 2022!
